Business Development Manager

ALM Services Technology Group develops end–to–end Web and Mobile Solutions. We work closely with customers usually in long term relations.

Business Development Manager 

(fully remote)

Years of experience

  • Senior: 5+ years experience
  • Mid-level: 3+ years experience 

Salary 

  • Mid/Senior: 9000 – 15000 PLN net (B2B) 

Required skills/experience

Your skills: 

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position 
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes (marketing, sales) 
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients 
  • Familiarity with sales and negotiations techniques 
  • Experience in social selling at LinkedIn 
  • Full professional proficiency in English, allowing cooperation with international business partners 
  • Skills in preparing offers and business presentations 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment 

Tasks:  

  • Searching for and identifying new business opportunities  
  • Creating a contact base with targeted persons  
  • Reaching out and building business relationships with client representatives  
  • Creating presentations, offers and other content needed to ensure the client that we have proper capabilities and experience  
  • Preparing contracts and negotiating terms & conditions  
  • Market monitoring and competition analysis 
  • Actively collaborating with the engineering department on new ideas for developing the portfolio of services and projects
